When a State kills people at an industrial rate, I guess you can expect a little glitch here and there, don’t we? . After all, it’s only people. It’s not as if large amounts of money had been stolen, or something serious like that. I look at the black cat below seemingly not giving a damn and I see Perry signing the execution papers. (I had to google up Skinner – our attention is more focused on Magnottas around here these days).
